Meeting Reservations
Please make your reservations for any meeting or event by clicking on the "RSVP" links in the monthly newsletter, on the web-site or by emailing or calling Jennifer Jennings. We need your response by Monday the week of the function. As we all know, we must give the hosting property a guarantee reservation count by 3:00 pm that Monday. The guaranteed reservation count we give the property is the amount we will be charged, and therefore we must bill members if they are not able to attend a function and do not cancel by 12 Noon on Monday the week of the meeting or event. Thank you for your cooperation!
